1、江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)”）受業(yè)主委托，邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人就江西省贛州市人民醫(yī)院所需的下列貨物和有關(guān)服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：

詳細(xì)技術(shù)參數(shù)見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件
2、有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司招標(biāo)四處得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件；
3、有意向的的投標(biāo)人可從2005年6月29日起8:30~11:30，14:30~17:00（北京時(shí)間，節(jié)假日除外）在江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司招標(biāo)四處購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件每套售價(jià)為1100元人民幣或140美元（郵購(gòu)須另加：國(guó)內(nèi)60元人民幣，國(guó)外50美元）。招標(biāo)文件售后不退；
4、購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件時(shí)，投標(biāo)人必須提交現(xiàn)金1000元的購(gòu)買招標(biāo)文件保證金，保證金在開標(biāo)后如數(shù)退還。購(gòu)買了招標(biāo)文件因故不能參加投標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人，須在開標(biāo)前5個(gè)工作日前以書面形式通知招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)，否則，招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)將不退還其保證金；
5、所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2005年7月19日14:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司；
6、定于2005年7月19日14:30時(shí)（北京時(shí)間），在江西省機(jī)電設(shè)備招標(biāo)公司12樓開標(biāo)大廳（如有變更，另行通知）公開開標(biāo)。屆時(shí)請(qǐng)參加投標(biāo)的代表出席開標(biāo)儀式。

by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home 
and abroad for the supply of the following goods by way of 
International Competitive Bidding.
1.Name of Products, Quantity, and Main Technical Data：
1.5T Superconduct Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (MRI) for whole body use
2.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and read the bidding documents at 4th department of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp.
3.All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly 
requested to contact the Third Tendering Division of Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. to obtain bidding documents between 
8:30~11:30 and 14:30~17:00 (Beijing time) at the following address from the date June 29, 2005 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
 unavailable), upon non-refundable payment of RMB1100 or USD140 for 
each complete set of bidding documents for each IFB. For mail 
order, an extra RMB60 yuan (domestic) or USD50 (abroad) for express mail service.
4.On the time purchase the bidding documents, the bidders must be 
delivery RMB1000yuan for bid security. the bid security will be 
discharged upon the Bidder on the opening of bids. You tell me before
 5-days at the opening of bids. In case of , the bid security may be forfeited.
5.Bids must be delivered to Jiangxi M&E Equipment Tendering Corp. 
before 14:30 on the date July 19, 2005  (Beijing time).
6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives 
who choose to attend at 14:30 on the date July 19, 2005 (Beijing
